Qualifiying for the Championships Only CPU contest lifts done since January 2011 can be used to qualify. Required totals or single lifts can be seen on this page. Entry Forms Entry forms must be obtained from your provincial president, contact information is here, who must sign your form to validate your having qualified for it. Contact details can be found here. Entry forms can be mailed in with a cheque for the entry fee, or scanned and emailed if paying by PayPal, details are on the entry forms.
